OPEIU HEALTHCARE Pennsylvania has established this OUSE Page as a way to develop an alternate means of communication for members to identify and receive responses to the rapid rumors circulating among state employees regarding the pending negotiations with the Commonwealth. Rumors are the norm, especially with a new Governor in place, budget cuts, and so many union contracts up at the same time.

OPEIU HEALTHCARE Pennsylvania will attempt to address all rumors that are communicated to us through our members. To help us in this process, please feel free to contact us by e-mail to inform us of any concerns or issues that you are hearing. On June 28, 2004, OPEIU HEALTHCARE  filed a statewide Class/Action Grievance for excessive payroll errors to Step II of the Accelerated Grievance Procedure.

If you have experienced payroll errors under the new SAP, please provide the office with all documented information to support your claim.
